Moo Shu Pork - Crock Pot Style

I think I might be crazy the things I do in the morning are probably very different than most or then again maybe not. Here is a normal morning:

After waking up I let the dogs out, water the garden and then proceed to the shower. After showering I proceed to blow dry my hair but while blow drying I either like to do squats or lunges in the bathroom (while blow drying) or most frequently I read my books while doing this. Odd right? But I think not with hair as long as mine it takes at least 10-15 minutes to blow dry so that's a good chunk of time I could be reading a book so I just finished Twilight for the second time so I moved on to another booked called Nearlyweds.

But today I was feeling more ambitious I decided to grab the crock pot out and get crazy. I've been lagging a bit on the house hold duties of making a fabulous dinner but I think that's because it's summer and because I'm just plain tired when I get home. But today I've done it I went to Nugget after I finished getting ready this was about 7:40am grabbed the following; pork loins, napa cabbage, tortillas, ginger, green onions and carrots. Came home threw the pork loins in, topped it off with Hoisin Sauce and then grated the fresh ginger. Hoping that later tonight I have a wonderful feast of Moo Shu Pork! It cooks on low for 6-9 hours and then I shred the pork up and throw some other stuff together. I'll see how it does but it should be smelling wonderful once I get home. But to top that off I was quick! I finished it all by 8:07 and then headed to smooch my honey before I left and say bye to the dogs to get to work on time by 8:30! WHOA! I'm nutz I think.. But I just hope it tastes good tonight!

Recap: Turned out a-okay! The pork was a little dry but the sauce that it cooked it was still in the crock pot so after I separated it all by fork I tossed it back in and it got a little more saucy the way I like it! Tasted exactly like I get it in restaurants so that's a good start! I also made a FABULOUS Green Onion Pancake! Watched a video on you tube on how to exactly roll them out and it worked like a charm! My honey was alittle taken back but he ended up loving them too! Made a peanut dipping sauce to go with and it was delicious! And of course I forgot to take a picture of my meal.. Maybe tonight though since I have tons of left over
