I ♥ cheesecake!
How much do you love cheesecake? So I decided to make one myself! And boy did it turn out amazing! Super easy yet it took awhile because I was worried after reading reviews on the recipe.The necessities!
The Graham Cracker Crust!
Then I covered the bottom in foil so that I could do the water bath which I read a lot about on the comments section of the recipe. Which consists of placing the foil covered spring foam pan on another pan and then once done you cook it with boiling water in the pan to help the baking process.
Drum roll.... And a thumbs up!
I was a happy camper! My boyfriend's family had us over for a birthday dinner for me and my boyfriend so I brought it with me it was a HIT!

I heart cheesecake. in a very bad way. in fact while hubs is flying this week maybe I'll make an itty bitty one with this recipe so I don't ahve to share with anyone : )
