Holiday Weekend!

It's almost Friday and that means 3 day weekend! Looks like I'll have alot of time on my hands this weekend, my honey is going hunting on Saturday out in the rain.  Then on Sunday he's doing a side job for a friend so that leaves me with a nice little weekend to myself! This whole week I've forgotten that Monday is a holiday, the holiday still surprised me again today when I tried to assign meeting times for Monday and then was reminded by a co-worker,

Co-Worker: "I think I'll have to miss our meeting on Monday"

Me: "Excuse me? Why is that?"

Co-Worker: "It's a holiday"

Me: "Oh good reason I'll have to miss it too then!"

Wooden Love Blocks Jessica Leigh's mantle is adorable I wish I could fix mine up that way!  I'm definitely in love with the little blocks!

Vase Wraps  how cute!? I can score some cute fabric at JoAnn's and make these on my own and use it to display candles and some pretty flowers from the farmer's market.  Even better there's MILLIONS of vases at the Goodwill store for 49 cents that are just like this!

Woolie Rag Quilt is adorable!! I didn't succeed on making my Christmas quilt (I told myself I could make a quilt for every holiday/season) so far I'm 1 - 2, if I can make this I'll be 2-3. 

A Fabric Heart Wreath looks hard I feel like Elemer's glue won't hold it.. See if I can score some cheap red fabric!
