I thought this is a good one to participate in this week I haven't been to her blog before but this comes from Kelly's Korner.
What I've been doing since the beginning of the new year is really watching what I eat and tracking it exactly so I know what is going in and what exercise I'm doing. My helpful key to this is www.myfitnesspal.com it's a GREAT website I highly suggest you go now and join..

So what happens is every day I log in an track my exercise I've done as well as the food I've consumed. On this day (last Tuesday) I took spin class at 6am before work. I input that into the exercise tracker and it estimated that I burned 545 extra calories. In order to loose weight you have to stay under 1,200 calories a day. They add on the exercise calories onto your daily intake and VOILA! Just start tracking you food and exercise progress and you'll see how much your consuming and how much your exercising.
For me this REALLY helps! I love food so far I've lost about 14 pounds that was since November (Whoops alittle off) I weighed in awhile back at 144 the highest I've been in my life yuck! And that was in August! So it's been coming off slowly but surely, so I'm down to 130 ish it fluctuates. Some of it just came off when I started watching what I was eating and drinking. But I still want to loose another 15 pounds till I can get to 120 lbs. Wouldn't that be nice?! Ah and to be so bad while I'm exercising I think to myself "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!" And believe me it's true but I'm not going to starve myself for it so I track what I eat, exercise and drink lots of water! Last week I lost 2 pounds.
My problem is when the weekend comes around and I eat whatever is there and not my pre portioned food like Smart One's for lunch.
As well I used to participate in the Body for Life program I didn't finish it out but they give you these handy workout sheets that I take to the gym with me on my strength training days so I know how much I'm lifting and how often what exercise etc. Here's link you should check it out!

oohh...I cant wait to go check out the website! How exciting HELP always makes it easier. Girl you have lost 14lbs since November?!?! Way to go!! I saw your comment about not buying the blush yet?!?!?! Girl, what are you waiting on...you will love it!! Just an FYI...it kind of has a slight shimmer so if you use bronzer too you may want to purchase a more matte bronzer!! I did...my face almost looked dirty bc of too much shimmer....the blush is just enough! I use smashbox bronzer bc its not all glittery its matte like a tan!!

Keep up the hard work! It will definitely pay off in the end. I love the quote "Don't sacrifice something you want for something you want right now!" Being in shape and healthy feels amazing. Its hard to get in the right mindset but once you're there you don't miss eating all the bad stuff and you especially don't miss the extra pounds...lol
