Little Kid in A Candy Store

This is what I'm feeling like today:

Weeeeeeeeeeeee!!
It's like my own personal sugar high.. Because...
I'm getting one of these!!!

Why you might ask? I have no idea.. No, really, I don't know why.. I love crafts just as much as I love sour candy. I've been following a bunch of blogs that use Cricuts for projects to make cards, scrapbooking, applique and home decor projects.  I've been quite envious for awhile now, I was stalking out Craigslist to find a good one and I passed it by because I wasn't sure.

But since I've started decorating our house for every season starting last year with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Spring, Summer, Fall and anything in between that I can find cute projects for.  I figured I can most definately use a Cricut for myself!

It normally retails at $179.99 but I scored it off Craigslist for $110 with 2 cartridges, cutting mats AND the tool kitSwwwaaaeeet... So I'm off in less than 45 mins to lunch to meet up with her and purchase my new addiction. (Well hopefully my new addiction) I have too many work in progress projects to even remember what my name is and I added another 3 onto that list yesterday with a quick shopping trip to JoAnn's and Michael's.

I hope I get the hang of it. I'm sure I'll be absent from my daily duties of cooking, cleaning and watching tv to play with my new toy! Any of you ladies have experience with this bad boy?
