ASPCA - Wishful Wednesday

'I wish' .... I had never-ending funds to donate to a charity and it would be the ASPCA

I would love to donate lots and lots of money to animals specifically the ASPCA.  When I was shopping around for dogs I knew I wanted to adopt a dog.  I hated seeing the episode on Oprah of the puppy mills around the U.S. and the poor dogs that are involved in that sick way of life.  I ended up not adopting a dog only because I couldn't find any local Yorkie's that didn't have restrictions on adopting with another dog in the home, but I still want to help out those little dogs that are less fortunate.   

  They are such a bundle of joy and I know dogs that aren't adopted don't get to see tomorrow, but I wish them all a better life one that we can help with by donating to the ASPCA.   

 

  We always carry around extra doggie biscuits and food we buy as extras, while we are out in the car so if we see any stray dogs or those less fortunate than us we give them some treats because they are hungry too.

  We have to be the voice that they don't have.  

A dog is man's best friend.  

They will love you no matter what.  

No matter what you do they'll always love you. 

  With that I'm headed home for lunch to see my two bundles of joy.

(Below) Harley & I swimming at my mom's last summer.  He kept whining at the edge of the pool and I wanted him to swim but I wasn't going to force him.  Then I was at the edge of the pool in my floaty and he hopped on! He loved it! When I let him get off he cried because he wanted back on the floaty with me.
