Top 2 Tuesday

What a fabulous Top 2 Tuesday because I have two boxes FULL of magazines right now to donate to the hospital.  Needless to say I have a few subscriptions to an array of magazines.

My Top 2 Magazines:

1. Us Weekly

Who doesn't love Us Weekly? For one it's Weekly two it has everything.  During college my best friend and roommate would split the cost of the yearly subscription.  Well that came and went, so within the past few months I found myself buying tons of Us Weekly's.  That's when I figured for the same price I could have a year full of happiness.  Doesn't it just make you happy when it arrives? It does for me. 

2. Lucky

I love Lucky Magazine! My auntie recently gave me a subscription for my birthday and I love looking through it with all the outfits and shoes, purses and everything else.  I found that most recently I've been a shopaholic, granted I've always been one.  But now I find myself wanting those great purchases $$ that last you a long time.  Instead of my usual trips to Ross or Marshall's.  Which is where my Lucky Magazine helps to find the new and trendy things that my credit card should be buying.  I mean me.. Paying for.. 

My auntie gives me magazine subscriptions every year for my birthday and I love it, it could quite possibly be the best present ever because it keeps giving year after year.  

SIDE NOTE: If you do have a big pile of magazines too like me.  Then don't just throw them away more often than none if they are glossy covers they won't recycle them.  So do something better and give them a new life.  I donate my old magazines to hospitals around my area.  You know you have been in a waiting room and thought "Geeze this magazine was here 4 months ago when I was last here".  Give those patients, friend and family something new to read while waiting.  Also woman's shelters take them too.  Give your local ones a call and see if they take them.
