We Escaped The Grape Escape

Whew! I feel exhausted, full and tired but happy all at the same time. June is going to be a busy month. We kicked it off with the Grape Escape event on Saturday by drinking away and stuffing our faces in delicious gourmet bites and lots of wine. Here's a recap!

P.S. Photobucket is as spastic as Blogger, I thought I uploaded all my photos but PSYCH! It only uploaded some. So to the contrary that it looks like a drinking fest with me and my girlfriend I'll be updating later with the boys included too!  :)

I played with the watermark situation too..
A good fist pump needed for the afternoon..
Cheers!!
 Better hurry I'm already drinking!
Bottoms Up!

Most of the wineries have the metered dosages where you get only one ounce to taste.   So we hit a few of them up numerous times, but at one booth I actually made a sad face to the ounce of wine, then held my cup saying I want more.. and they said "Whoa! That was the first one all day!" so he gave me another swish of wine! :) What can I say I twisted his arm! Lol I thought it was a good call.

My honey gave us a good little photo sesh too...
My work sponsors the event so we snapped a pic with the live truck.

There was a wine mishap too... I should have told him not to wear white. He was dancing and spilled it on himself lol..

**Sidenote: Do you hear the laughing in the video? That's me!**
**Which also is a sneak peak at what my ETSY store name is named after my loud crazy laugh**

We ate at Simon's this DELICIOUS Chinese restaurant downtown then on the way home we saw a pizzeria and she wanted pizza too...

Yesterday we had a Costco aka The Hundred Dollar Store, run and what do you know we spent almost $400... Eek I have a love/hate relationship with Costco.  I love the prices and amount but I hate that we make these big trips out of it.  I suggested we do smaller trips which aren't such a big ding on the checkbook instead of these big trips.  I think that's better don't you?
Then his family had a BIGGG party to welcome home his baby sister who just returned from Basic Training and her Psy Ops training for the Army.  She graduated BCT with top rifle marksmanship, and top PT. Graduating AIT as Iron Soldier...  AMAZING.. She's a stronger woman then I ever could be and I'm glad to say that she will hopefully be my SIL one day! We're very proud of her and we're happy she's back for now.

Well that's all the pictures that photobucket wanted to upload so I'll update more later!

P.S.S. With all that you must think I didn't have time to craft... PSYCH.. I did..I welcomed back his sister to the "Girly" world after being in the army for 6 months she couldn't wear makeup or dress up in girly stuff so I gave her some new snazzy girly things welcoming her back to the world of makeup and pearls. See the next post :)

Your wine festival looked more fun than mine...but hey, there was wine and food and live music at mine and I was happy...because there was a lot of wine! :)
