Today at work we had a Health Fair! What that means for me is a flu shot, cholesterol testing, BMI, weight, HDL cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and learning more about my health care options.
I’m pretty happy with my results so I’ll share with the world! I’ve never done any testing before so I don’t know what I would have been before hand but I think for exercising 6 days a week and trying to eat healthy on a daily basis that I did pretty good for myself! Or so the doctor said..
Total Cholesterol: 146 mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol: 74 mg/dL
Glucose: 81 mg/dL
Blood Pressure: 107/62 mmHg
BMI: 23 (Score! It went down by 1 since 2 months ago)
Waist Circumference: 29 Inches
My eye site went not so good I’m 20/50 now.. :( Ya I can’t see far away.. But I already have glasses for that but I think I need a stronger prescription.
Aside from that I have a nice relaxing birthday weekend planned! Me and my honey are going to dinner on Saturday at Morton’s! Yum yum for their Steak and Seafood special for 2 seriously you really can’t beat the price it’s $109.99 for 2 salads, 2 steaks, 2 seafood options, 2 sides, 2 desserts!
Oh yes, you can bet I’ll be wearing jeggings so that I can expand my waistline with ease. Last year I didn’t even finish the dessert. I’m serious if you have a Morton’s you must check that out.

Here are the questions:
1. When you hear about Jacksonville, Florida, what is the first thing that comes to mind? I think I had a pen pal there once..
2. What is one thing you could eat & never get sick of? Chinese food! Heck yes give me bbq pork fried rice and hong kong style noodles with gravy any day.
OMG now I’m starving.. I told my mom Mexican for lunch now I want Chinese.
3. What is your favorite thing to do when you aren't working or at school? Honestly… Shopping but I don’t have the funds to always do that while not working.. So I’ll say cooking or hanging out at the house with friends and family.
4. What does your dream house look like? I want a wrap around porch, huge yard, a room for everything which means at least like 8 bedrooms. I want a closet the size of a room, sewing room, scrapbooking room, my own living room (girls), boys room, man cave, a HUGE kitchen and LOTS of storage space.
That’s a pretty nice one I like the levels of the house..
5. Could you live without coffee? Yes!! I can’t see why so many people have Starbucks daily when you can make it at home for nothing. I added it up the other day someone I know probably spends on average at least $30-40 a week on coffee. That’s just not okay with me.
6. What is your favorite thing about blogging? Getting to know so many other people that I wouldn’t have met otherwise! Especially learning new crafts and fun things to do.
7. If you could change your college choice would you? *As in, if money/loans/scholarships weren't an issue & you could anywhere* Totally hands down I would go to a different college. I want a BIG HUGE college with an amazing football team, basketball, greek life and lots of culture. I’d probably pick a Southern School.
8. How do you feel about the Duggars having more kids? I don’t follow along with that but they have alot. Do they work? How do they support all these kids?

I can't make what I get at Starbucks at home since I don't have a cappuccino machine to make myself lattes. It's actually cheaper to just buy them from Peet's or Starbucks.
