I had my first blog date yesterday! HA that sounds weird.. AKA a phone date with my best bloggy friend Aly! It was such a delight talking to her! She has seriously the cutest accent!! I love it! Yes, I talk like a valley girl as she states I can’t help it I am from the Sacramento Valley.
I can’t wait for the next one! P.S. I was secretly kind of nervous to call and chat, but then I was like really? I talk to this girl every day! It was like I’ve talked to her a million times before!

16 Lovely Notes:
How fun! I like the blog challenge! I actually like walking around in stores and looking at things when I am stressed/sad. I believe in so many things you do! :)

Umm, retail therapy solves anything. Always.
Love the post! It makes me wish I was doing the challenge so I could write out my "I believe"s.
And shopping DOES cure everything :)

and i'm totally with you - never go to bed angry!
I agree with all of these-especially that healing takes place in the kitchen (cause I luuurveee me some Dane Cook) and that shopping can cure anything. When I was at school in Chico I would always go to Sacramento to shop at the good malls!
Ain't nothing like retail therapy ...
So cute!!! It would be nervous to talk on the phone! Love your list. And I think retail therapy is good for ALL. My skinny jeans are fat jeans too! :) XOXO
Awe so cute...blog friends turned real life friends rock.
Awww, isn't Aly the sweetest?! Love her. And don't worry...I was totally nervous before having our first phone date, too, but I got over that in about 2.5 seconds once we started talking. And yes, there's definitely an accent there! ;)
Bloggy friends are the best! :)
I believe we may be soul mates. You're awesome, girl. Shopping sprees and the kitchen are the best cures for all. And going to bed angry is like poison.
