We have this place in Sacramento called Fairytale Town. It literally has a bunch of fun amusements around your everyday fairy tales. There’s Humpty Dumpty, Old Maid’s Shoe, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Bean stock, Cinderella's Pumpkin Carriage, Three Blind Mice, The Crooked Mile and many more.
Well this past weekend I had the pleasure of reliving my childhood memories but this time 21+ over style. A local 20-30 Men’s Chapter threw Rocktoberfest at the park and of course they rocked out to an awesome live band and DJ and then had beer for Oktoberfest all ticket sales and proceeds goes to local children’s charities. I went with my best friend Wendy and we had quite the time.
We arrived and of course grabbed our cocktails and then I took her on the tales of my childhood. First we went down the Crooked Mile a “mile” long path way that twists and turns and goes up and down and at really funny angles. Kind of hard after you’ve had a few cocktails.

Then we moved onto Robin Hood’s Forrest where we found their chairs.

Wendy and I have quite a fun time together because we are both crazy about adorable photos… Examples of all the ones we took this night. We had plans to take photos in the Pumpkin Patch by my house but we ended up hanging out in the back yard.
My honey was out of town this weekend hunting deer.. So here I am hunting a wooden deer.. LOL

These guys just heard that it was a Oktoberfest party so they came appropriately dressed.
That’s Clifford the Big Red Dog and Humpty Dumpty! I’m sure he busted out the Humpty Dance too that night.
Toy soldier --- trash cans.. Ha I was like Wendy were’ taking a photo with a trash can? She said it’s cute.. So I went along..
And lastly there is this Mother Goose thing.. I’ll call it a thing because you can climb on it but it’s not really comfortable to slide down but people do I’ve done it when I was 7 years old.
And that folks was my exciting weekend adventure at Fairy Tale Town!
