30 day blog challenge 18-23

Apparently I’m not the type of girl who likes to keep up on these types of things.  But it’s my blog and I’ll do what I want.  What I want is to quit and not continue this but instead I’ll just give you quick stuff about each of the days.

 

Day 18 - Something You Regret

Not attending a BIG school.  I didn’t have a football team, no Pac 10 sports, no big sorority houses (no houses at all for that fact).  I really wish I would have gone to my choice of Oregon State or for that matter one of these fun southern schools I hear about in your blogs.  It just seems like such a fun opportunity to get that experience.  Not that I regret what I did choose but I just wish I could have had a BIGGER college experience.  I feel like I got more of the city life experience in opposition to a college experience.

Day 19 - Something You miss

I’m with the rest of you girls, I miss my grandparents.  I was really young when I lost my dad’s mom and dad.  Then again I lost my mom’s mom and dad at a young age too.  I envy those who still have their grandparents around.  Treasure them every day I wish I would be able to get minutes or seconds with them again just to get those big bear hugs my papa used to give.  Sit and have my nana’s banana nut bread with her and eat cheerios out of coffee mugs in their motorhome.  Speak Chinese with my po-po and gong-gong and learn more about them.

Day 20 - Nicknames

Oh the names, in short I have quite a few some random funny ones, some more commonly used.  Obviously I like being called Jenn not Jennifer.  I have a person in my life (work) who calls me Jennifer only when she wants something or wants to make a point.  But at all other points calls me Jenn.  I’m sorry don’t call me by my full name your not my mother or my boyfriend so you have no right to call me by what I wish not to be called.

 

Other names:

Saucey - I’m obsessed with all condiments, sauce, dipping sauce anything.

Frannie - Spin off my last name

Hyper - I’m really hyper and have alot of energy

Nui Nui - My family name for me. This is what I’m usually called on a daily basis.

Day 21-Picture of Yourself

Let’s take it back OLD school style.. Like Senior Year in High School Status.. Thought this might make up for not posting the last few days.

Day 22 - Favorite City

I think my favorite city would have to be San Francisco.  Ahem home of the WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!! San Francisco Giants! I left my heart in San Francisco..

 

Runners up would be Waikiki love that place know it like the back of my hand.

Day 23 - Favorite Vacation

My trip to Italy! I posted about it on Day 8 and 9 of the 30 day blog challenge.  I went as a babysitter to a fabulous family and got to travel all over Italy with them just for watching the kids!

 

Day 24 - Something You’ve Learned

You can choose your friends but your friends aren’t always the right choice.  I stick behind the fact that I want to have those around me be the positive people in my life, not those people who are negative or aren’t supportive of your choices.

 

If your not doing anything good for me and our friendship then why are we friends? Sounds mean but it’s whole heartedly true, I have my best friends who stick beside me no matter what happens and help me through the good times and the bad times and then I had girlfriends who we’re there when they wanted to be and for numerous other reasons just weren’t the friends I thought them to be anymore.
