Happy New Year! Although it’s not technically a new year for me if I’m going by the Chinese calendar :)
This past new years we headed up to Lake Tahoe on Thursday morning which took FOREVER because of two stops to Costco and then gas, REI for snowboarding tickets. It seemed like it too forever but it did. Regardless we made it up and we were greeted with piles of snow! Love it!
My honey’s sister headed up later that night too and we enjoyed a feast of fresh crab and alfredo spaghetti. Then we went snowboarding on Friday at Kirkwood. This was my second time riding Kirkwood and it was amazing. Love fresh powder!

We headed back over the hill exhausted and tired, took our naps, showered, grubbed on leftover crab and then we got our drink on. Played some games of Jenga (which we are now Professionals at 36 levels!) Then headed down to the casinos for new years countdown.

Saturday afternoon our neighbors from home came up and stay the night with us so we played in the freshly fallen snow.

looks like you guys had FUN! never been to Tahoe but I've been to park city and canyons and it was AMAZING! Love western skiing..beats the eastern ones out here!

Oh my gosh little Harley looks so cute covered in so much snow! So glad that you had fun in Tahoe, I spent last NYE there and had such a great time. You look way more put together than I ever do when I go snowboarding. Usually my makeup all comes off, my hair turns into a mess, and I pretty much look like a man when I get done ha!
