happy friday!!

Ah! This weekend is technically my birthday weekend..

Sadly my girlfriends are out of town and are going to a Bachelorette party for another friend

Which leaves me home with nothing to do..

Don't get me wrong I'm not throwing a pity party but it is kinda lame...

It's my Golden Birthday this year

27 on the 27th

I don't know who started this Golden Birthday business, but it makes me more depressed that my friends are all away on other things, it's never been my forte to plan my own birthdays... But I think I just need to start doing that because we all live crazy hectic lives and we need a schedule for things!

I did it once and we went wine tasting which was awesome.

Last year I didn't do anything crazy either, my honey and I enjoyed a nice dinner at Morton's 

(which we plan on doing when he finishes up deer hunting)

Oh ya did I forget that Deer Hunting opens on my birthday weekend

EVERY SINGLE YEAR FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!?!?!?!

I sound like a big baby complaining about my birthday but I feel like singing,

"It's my party and I'll cry if I want too!!"

I guess I just need to start planning everything for my parties, which is what I should do, I just hope I have some grand surprise again but those days are long and gone..

But I did have a fabulous year with a fabulous surprise already

Which kinda took the gravy for the mother of all surprises!

 so I should just stop complaining...

and I should enjoy all the life blessings I already have around me.. 

Right? Right!

I am going to be taking some "photos" tonight of my friends daughter

she's in the running for Homecoming Queen!

I'm taking them with my new snazzy Canon Rebel t2i that I still need to share with you all!

Anyhoo... Hopefully I'll find something entertaining this weekend to do with myself otherwise

I'm just going to be sewing away.. While drinking away.. Probably not a good combo...
