Alright folks it's been 12 weeks that I've been on Weight Watchers..
Let me tell you it's a GREAT LIFESTYLE to live with/on but if you don't track what your eating you'll gain weight..
First off it was my birthday at the end of September... WASH...
I did make WW approved sandwiches for lunches and I'm really good with that but I haven't been weighing out my food or measuring it at night during dinner.
I found that if I don't have something prepared then it's disaster.
I didn't go to my meetings for like a week here and a week there. I've found that the meetings do help it's your support team there to talk about what they went through that week.
Last week's topic was Food with Friends.. How to seperate them or find new activities. Or friends.. Ha!
The basis of it was you need to find activities that don't surround yourself with food.
Most of the time it's "Hey Girl! Let's meet up for happy hour and dinner!" BAM! 20 points down in a sitting..
Where it should be "Hey Girl! Let's go for a nice walk or do some arts and crafts!" All of which us Pinterest Addicted girls should be well capable of.
Speaking of which I made these last weekend
So with that being said.. I did have a total of -9 lbs lost a few weeks back but because I haven't been watching what I eat it's sneaked back on.
I'm now a total of 5.4 lbs lost since starting Weight Watchers 12 weeks ago.
If I stick with it I could loose up to 0.5 - 2 lbs a week! So I need to get back on the PROGRAM!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this. No idea why or how but you just kind of inspired me. I re-activated my online WW account and am ready to try to lose the baby weight! ;) I already have a freezer full of smart ones I just need to DO IT.
