{roatan bay island, honduras}

day three of my spectacular vacation was our first day at port.

The Roatan Bay Island of Honduras

Up and at em' early - darn family won't let me sleep in.

Let's just say after day 2 of drinking on the ship THIS gal was HUNGOVER..

Hence my massive water in this picture..
Each stop had a passport stamp booth - so I was happy to load up my passport with some new stamps!
The shops at the port before you actually enter into the town
This was the only fire station on the entire island.. Needless to say if there was a fire your home could possibly not be saved.
The mayors house.  Nicest one on the island..
We took a taxi around the island with a tour guide that told us about the areas we were in.
This was the West End Beach.. Much more lively if you will..
People out in the distance were snorkeling this was the place where the excursions would take you
Me and Auntie
More doggies running around by themselves
 A license plate in Honduras
This lady opened the rum cake store ended up telling me she was from Denver Colorado.  How funny..
I had to taste some local beer..
It was about noon when we returned to port.. Which means - More sun tanning, drinking and well boozing for the rest of the day..
 Our ship at port
Freestylin.. :)
Happy to report that I did not pass out from my daytime drinking shenanigans this day and I made it to dinner.. For possibly what was maybe the second to last time I actually made it to dinner.
 Me and Mommy
 More Salmon Tartar! Bomb..
 Mom had a mushroom quesadilla
This salmon was HEAVENLY! I ordered it two nights in a row..
 Mom's chicken entree
 Apple pie
 Tiramisu

That night before the "dance" party begins they have activites.  That nights was Dancing with the Dawn Stars.  Things got crazy. This old man took his shirt off.  I was lucky enough.. JK to get front row seats.
Hilarious... I signed up but then was hoping to sweet baby Jesus that I wasn't going to be picked
It was hilarious though..
This set.. The girl with the legs in the air and the captain Jesus won.. By a landslide..
Waiting to break it down on the dance floor!
Fuzzy pic but it was her and another lady dancing.. Ha.. Love it..

Next up - Belize!
