{best wedding EVER!}

My very best friend Wendy got married on October 5th, 2013 in Mill Valley at the Ralston White Retreat.  I haven't ever seen such a gorgeous place like it.  The gal from Cupcakes and Cashmere got married there and that's how she found this gorgeous venue.

The whole venue sleeps I think about 40-50 people.  AKA the best wedding venue ever.. We had an all nighter wedding here people.  Partied all night long in the forest with no one around.  It was awesome.
You can't tell here but that grassy area is the shape of a heart!

I took Friday afternoon off from work and made the trek up to Mill Valley after packing up my car with all the goodies Wendy needed from my house.

We started the run though at about 4pm and had her practice all the day of stuff...
Walking down the isle to her groom
Exchanging vows... All that mushy stuff..

The whole gang that was there for rehearsal then left and went to have a yummy dinner at a local Italian restaurant.

 The almost newlyweds!
Lots of yummy food and wine!
Then we headed back to the city to have a girls night with lots of champagne and toasts to our girl getting hitched!

I stayed with Wendy the night before and we woke up SUPER early because she was too excited so we walked to breakfast at 7am and then ate and hung out around the house until it was time to leave to the venue at around 10am.

I actually don't have ALOT of photos because it was so much fun I let the professional photographers take over.

We got our hair and makeup done and then did all the usual stuff of preparing the bride and taking the girls photos prior.
Then we took pictures all together
Besties! While we were Blush Dolls we weren't actual bridesmaids per se.  I still gave a speech and did all the usual things but Wendy walked down the isle to her man all on her own! :)
So many fun times with this one.
 Lots of pink!
We are all sorority sisters from Alpha Gamma Delta at SFSU
My momma came to participate in the fun too!
Everyone loves my momma she's one of the girls

It was soon time to get her hitched.  Everyone left to get their seats and I stayed with Wendy until it was time. We didn't exchange any words but we did exchange fruit snacks and water
We were excited and this is probably one of my favorite pics of the two of us from her wedding because it's our usual standard selfie!
At 4pm in the afternoon Miss Wendy walked down the isle to become a future Mrs.

Jon waiting for Wendy

Excited she's hitched! Start the party!

They had the patio set up for the open bar..
Supplied with lots of bubbles and of course a signature drink the Cruz Smash
Wendy made these signs from the $1 Store Trays and used chalk board paint
Since they both have a love for jazz they had a jazz band playing music through the cocktail hour
Their dinner was bomb.. We had breakfast for dinner and cheeseburgers! Holler!
The guest sign-in table which was Jenga blocks!

Wendy and Jon snuck away to enjoy some time to themselves so of course I went and snuck pictures of them..

 Their bling...
Then it was photo time before dinner
All of the Blush Dolls along with pretty flowers Wendy made for us
I'm totally copping a feel on Parveen's butt.. Whoops..

 Alpha Gams!
The behind the scenes action shot..
Along with fixing her every now and then

 A Jon signature pose picture
Long lines at the cocktail bar
Then finally it was time to introduce them as husband and wife!

I put the camera down and let the professionals do their jobs but it was SUCH a fun time!

Here's a clip of their preview video
