{Life Lately}

Hello? Not sure who still in fact reads my blog but I like coming back and visiting it every now and then!

I really like going back and looking at old posts.  A big set of them that I liked was my Fitness Friday posts.  Back in 2010 I was a work out machine.  I lost about 30 lbs and got down to my goal weight of 127 lbs.

Well needless to say it's 6 years later and I ended up gaining it all back.  Plus some, so I finally decided it's time.  My boyfriend owns a boat where we actually first met at. Summer is around the corner so I figured I NEED something.  I was spinning out of control, I wasn't planning meals, I was eating basically ALL carbs and I just felt like crap!

So insert my new way of life now for the past 30 days I started a nutritional re-balancing program and I was able to say GOODBYE to 16 lbs of toxic weight and lost 33.25 INCHES!


The photo on the right is before I started my 30 day program, the photo on the left is on day 27 of 30.
I'm already off to my next 30 days and I can't wait to share my next 30 day results!
