Bally Slimmer Belt Follow Up

Well it's been a week since I started using the Bally Slimmer Belt.  Let me tell you this, I feel great, I just bought a new pencil skirt from Express the same skirt that 3 weeks ago I tried on and couldn't fit into a size 6 without gasping for air.  Needless to say I bought it in a size 4 and the salesgirl tried to talk me into getting a size 2.  My pants are all loose, my shirts no longer cling and I need to wear a belt with my jeans that used to fit nice and tight.

I think it's working ladies. This of course is also implemented with the fact that I'm exercising 6 days a week for an hour or more. I always do at least 20 -25 minutes of cardio daily which has been running on the treadmill at intervals with (2) slimmer belts on, yes two as well as bulking up with a sweatshirt to really sweat it out.  As well I've started weight training again for the past two weeks doing upper body and lower body rotating weeks.  I've watched what I eaten very well using My Fitness Pal.  As well as drinking 8 cups of water or more daily.   In the last 2 weeks I've lost 5 pounds and am hoping to drop another 1 or 2 this week.

But even without doing everything if I was just using the slimmer belt my stomach REALLY feels different my honey even said he could notice the difference already.  It's really slimmed down.  I have a booty too so this whole size 4 skirt situation is always hard with the butt but my waist definitely had to get smaller to make that happen.   I measured too last week but I haven't gotten around to it yet this week I'll see if I'm actually losing some inches too.
