Well after all this talk about making my apron, which started me on my crafting adventure. I FINALLY finished it! And it's soooo cute! I'm loving it, it reminds me of Leave it To Beaver for some reason lol.
Here is the original picture that caught my eye, I loved that it was high waisted style.
I found the pattern on Sew4Home.com it's called the Groovy Hostess Apron, their picture shown isn't with ruffles or piping but the pattern has ruffles and piping, so I followed along with that. The pattern was alittle off at times especially for the pocket which I just took over on my own, since theirs was so confusing.
Here I am with my adorable apron!

Don't mind my double jointed arms.. I'm sure you totally just saw that.. Ha it's really bad that's not even fully extended.. Eew.. I was a cheerleader and I never had the straight arms they were always all funky because I am double jointed.
With a pocket too! It's adorable right!? I love it! I'm going to be making many many more!
The fabric ended up alittle busy but it's okay it's vibrant and colorful, also might help if you spill something on yourself because you won't be able to see it? Lol..
