Fitness Friday with FitSugar.com

Welcome back to another Fitness Friday!
If you've been following me for awhile now your familiar that I use FitSugar.com alot for workout tips as well as their printable exercises. 

This week I tried out two different workouts.  They aren't messing around on FitSugar.com.  These workouts KILLED me.. I was in the gym telling myself "Jenn you better finish this! You ate ALL that ice cream last night".  As well as other key phrases, because I ate alot of chocolate this week. Eek!

Here's the two workouts that I alternated this week for my lower body routine Monday and Friday.  Then I did the cardio workout Monday before weights and this morning for cardio.

The Elliptical Workout is no joke.  I usually skip the Elliptical lately because I felt that it really wasn't doing anything for me so I hit the stair master and treadmill.  Not this week... Yikes this was so hard I was coaching myself through it and the lady on the treadmill told me "You can do it!".  Lol..
Secondly I tried out the David Kirsch's Boot Camp Circuit Workout.  Talk about a boot camp he wanted us to do this whole workout 3 times in 45 minutes!?! AHHHH.. I didn't make it to say the least but I did make it through 2 times all the way through.  It was hard! I learned I need to up my speed and take shorter rest periods in between each exercise.   I won't stand a chance making 3 full sets of each exercise if I don't kick it up a noch.
Aside from kicking my own butt this week, I'm still weighing in at 127.. Ugh.. I got down to 125 awhile back and it felt AMAZING.. I tell ya those extra 2 pounds really do a lot of difference.  I'm still very happy that I've been able to maintain at 127.. Sometimes hopping over to the 129-130 range but getting right back on track.  But those darn chocolates and sweets at our front desk really didn't help me at all this week and I usually don't like chocolate!?! Aunt Flow must be coming to visit soon making me crave it and holding in those two pounds? Hope so.. If not I'll have to get David Kirsch's workout and kick my butt this weekend. 

Any big plans for the weekend? I'm going to a baby shower at lunch today, then another one on Sunday! Posts coming soon of all the goodies I came up with!

I can't wait to use all your great workout tips in a few months! Most people fluctuate either 2 pounds up or down, its all good!! Chocolate is totes my frenemy, its just so good once it hits your lips that you just want more!

Jenn...I need your motivation! Seriously! I have like 10-15 pounds I need to lose to get back to my 'weight range' that I like!

Girl, these tips rock! I have been in such a work out slump (read stationary for approx 2 months). When I need a kick in the butt I am going to read this post and try these workouts, thanks for the ideas! And good work, you'll get to your happy weight, it'd be impossible not to with these work outs!
