Ab Workouts

Abs, we all want them but I at least have to work to get them.  Unless some of you sassy ladies were given the gene's from your parents! Boo... No fair.. 

  I want some hot abs who doesn't? College didn't treat my stomach well after all those frat parties and socials, not to mention late night munchies.  My once 6 pack abs were gone! Gone, like that.. (one girlfriend even nicknamed me abs in high school) so sad.  But I wouldn't change it for the world.  So lately I have really been focusing on cardio, I was hitting a low last week getting tired of the stair master and of the elliptical so I went back to run on the treadmill.  I feel like I've hit my stride and it feels great.  So while hitting the cardio hard this week I also have been doing abs every day.

P.S. Giselle - You can just *&@#$&*.. The girl pops out a baby and looks the same as she did before baby.. Eeew.. so not fair.. Can I be Brazilian too? 

With that wonderful show of abs I feel motivated to get in shape. I was on Fit Sugar awhile back I found this handy printable PDF for ab workouts.
I normally always do cardio and abs on the same day but lately I've been doing it daily so I can get some rock hard abs, eventually.  These are super easy and you can either do all of them or pick 2 from each section or just one for each section.  Easy no brainer and it's all on one piece of paper! 

Now with the past 2 weeks of Fitness Friday's you have the means to make a MWF lifting routine alternating upper body and lower body for two weeks.
Week One would look like this:

Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - Cardio & Abs
Wednesday - Lower Body
Thursday - Cardio & Abs
Friday - Upper Body
Saturday - Cardio & Abs
Sunday - Rest (Or be crazy like me and go another day of cardio)

Week Two would look like this:

Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Cardio & Abs
Wednesday - Upper Body
Thursday - Cardio & Abs
Friday - Lower Body
Saturday - Cardio & Abs
Sunday - Rest

So what are you waiting for get to the gym or your living room and lift some weights and hit the pavement! Take that furry friend out with you too!  

Next week - Protein Shakes! I've recently started taking them and it's working so far!

ugh, with the exeption of Giselle, having a baby will RUIN your stomach! Not like I had flat abs to begin with, but if I ever wanted them, it's too late now!

I printed off that same ab workout a few weeks ago! It's a good one! It's been a long time since I've had abs, but I'm working at getting them back as well! Thanks for your tips on my blog. You blog is way cute!

I printed out that ab work out sheet :-) I plan on bringing it with me to the gym!!

If I can't have a 6 pack, I'll settle for a really flat tummy.

i've been so good the last two weeks. gym almost everyday. eating so much healthier. no results. not happy. i feel like i should have dropped 5 pounds already. this is why i don't work out. it just doesnt work for me.
