I haven't decided to jump on the bandwagon yet but I definitely should as I think it would help me notice the difference in weight loss weekly
Here's this week's check in:
Total Days on Weight Watchers: 3 Weeks / 21 Days
Total Weight Loss This Week: -1.5 lb
Total Weight Loss to Date: -6.3 lb
Holler I'll take it! I made some yummy 1 point soup the other night and have been eating that. Awesome that it's 1 point! That means I can have it for lunch and then if I want to stuff my face and eat Skinny Cow ice cream after dinner I can! :)
There are literally soooooo many variations of this soup that you can have endless possibilities. This is the basic version but I'm going to try the Mexican one next week!
Also helps to have a bountyfull garden at the moment I hauled out all these veggies on Tuesday night as well
Yup you bet your bum I chopped all those tomatoes up and made me a zero point snack with balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper. Also made some pico de gallo yesterday too! Plan on topping my salmon with it tonight!

P.S. there was alot a great amount of binge drinking last weekend....
I definitely used up all my bonus points and them some and actually gained on Monday
But was strict to my diet this week and have lost what I gained back and more! :)

I know the feeling of losing and then gaining back, but you can totally do it! I totally need more veggies in my diet, I've been a bit of slacker when it comes to my veggies. Thanks for the inspiration and have a great week love!
