{Inspire Me Healthy - Week 4 & 5}

Alright ladies it's been a total of 6 weeks today that I've been on Weight Watchers..

Linking up for today's Inspire Me: Healthy with Raven and Kristen!
All In My Twenties

Last week I had my 5% goal reached of a total of 8 lbs! :) It's really fun being in the WW classes because they acknowledge your weight loss and cheer you on.  As how it's been working and what has worked for you.  I got a big gold star.

 Total Days on Weight Watchers: 6 Weeks Today
Total Weight Loss This Week: TBD - So far it looks like none.. Hard week feels like a plateau coming on need to work out more!! Lots more!!
Total Weight Loss to Date: -8.0 lbs!

I've been snacking alittle too much on Cheez-It's and Trail Mix which is likely the demise of my downfall of plateau this week.  But I've also found some other healthy snacks!

 I've controlled my drinking on the weekends slightly.. Once I have about 2 okay 6 vodka & water with lime juice we're going on a eating binge..

Laughing Cow Cheeses and Lightly Salted Rice Cakes = 2 Points Perfect Snack!
Here's a few recipes I've been trying out the past few weeks:
Mostly all have been from Skinny Taste
 These needed more spice and flavor so next time I'm adding more cumin or something to them.. Spices are ZERO calories!

These were really hard to make I didn't use Chicken Cutlets so it was much harder to roll and flatten a chicken breast.

I made Turkey Chili Taco Soup last night and YUMMY!
This was delicious and only 5 points! :)

I've been devouring grapes like a mad woman and stocking up on as much veggies and fruit as I can since they are 0 points.  I just need to stay away from the Cheez-Its!

We'll see how my weigh in goes tomorrow! Hopefully I might be down a few ounces at least!!
