I had a fun opportunity to snag up some 49ers ticket to last week's game at Candlestick. Rosie, myself, my date, Rose's mom and friend all packed up and headed down to San Francisco at 8 from Sacramento. We made crazy time and arrived at the Stick at 9:30am.
We popped the champagne and began the tailgating!

They gave out scarves that day that said Farewell Candlestick! Which was a nice perk!
Such a fun game.. I was exhausted and starving by the time we got home. I may have slept the entire way back to SF which took us 3 hours.. We got back had dinner and slept till morning! Probably a good idea to remember to eat breakfast before tailgating.

Totally jealous of that scarf! I had to work but some of my coworkers made it to that game.
I've never been to a 49ers game! I've always wanted to go to one too! I've been to a Raiders game because I did a half time show with the Raiderettes, but then we left after half time. 49ers games look fun!
ugh.... we are NOT friends today. Just kidding. You and I can be friends, but I still don't like the 49ers. Or Jim Harbaugh.
Looks like a blast! I am so sad that I have NEVER been to candlestick...I guess if I ever go, it wont be for a niner game... :-( But we DO have plans to go to the NEW stadium next year - again not for the niners...! ha
