{more wine country adventures}

Let's say I have two more posts after this that are also involving wine tasting weekends.  

Apparently that's all I've been doing the past two months.

This weekend was May 17th and 18th (for memory sake)

I went to SF on Friday night after work to meet up with my bestie Wendy and eat at our favorite spot House of Nanking in North Beach/China Town.  If you got to SF eat there! Order potstickers.. OMG.. 

The next day the girls meet up with us at Wendy's and we drove from SF to Coppola Winery for our Cabine experience! Hello amazing..  

 Wendy's co-worker is a member of Coppola and (thankfully) couldn't make it this weekend that she reserved for so she was kindly allowing Wendy to take it over! Whoo hoo. 

Members have first priority on Cabines basically a little room with a shower, mirror and place to put your things for the day and with it comes four lounge chairs by the pool and pool service.  

We got there at 11 right when it opened.  Went straight for the cabine dropped our stuff off and high tailed it over to our chairs to order a bottle of wine.  Proceeded by another bottle.. and another set of cocktails and another.. And maybe another.. 

 Kicking it pool side.. LOVE.. 

At 5pm or 6pm they close the pool so we showered up and then headed to dinner!

 We went to Santa Rosa to eat a Zazu.  OMG. Bacon everything..

 Better save room for desert.. We also had asparagus and bacon wrapped dates but we demolished those before I could take a pic..

 Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandos with hot chocolate dipping sauce.. 

 After stuffing our faces we went home to SF. 

The next day Bay to Breakers was happening so instead of heading home to Sac on the Bay Bridge I had to cross the Golden Gate again.  Always a nice treat to drive over it!

Headed home to Sac and was on the water by 12 noon for the afternoon to work on day two of my tan!
