Hola! Happy Friday - I am finally on the mend from a two week cold which ended up being Bronchitis! Z-Pack and I'm as good as new. T-Minus 3 days that is.

This weekend I'm off to Monterey to celebrate my boyfriends moms birthday. We have a darling little bed and breakfast on Cannery and will be eating lots of seafood! I can't wait.
We went last year and the AT&T Pro Am was playing and I scored some tickets from work. This year we will just be sightseeing and enjoying time with his family. Note to self I need to take more pictures this time around.

It's already February - tomorrow! We only made it up to the condo once this month. There is NO snow in Tahoe it's so sad. Snow gods please come bless us with a shit ton of snow..

For the MLK Holiday I went to Napa Valley for the day to spend the day at an incredible resort called Indian Springs - I will post on that soon. It was divine! Spa day and pool day in January?! Yes please!

I've been on the hunt for a house. Can we please discuss how difficult it is to find a home. THEE home you want to live in and spend a shit ton of cash on? Difficult doesn't begin to explain it. Doesn't help that I'm so indecisive. Putting an offer on a home is a disaster for me.
I did however find an adorable home with all the features I like but it's a 2/1 and only 1,000 square feet. I need a big house.
I'm obsessed with a white kitchen with light granite counter tops. I also need lots of pantry space. Gah the trials and tribulations of house hunting.

BOOTS! Can I please tell you about the most comfortable - don't break the bank, REAL leather boots that I've now bought in Black and Brown because they are to die for comfortable?! Not to mention comes in WIDE calf for my giant sports legs.

That kitchen is gorgeous! I can only imagine how hard it is to buy a house...I have a hard time committing to buying shoes. Hope you had a wonderful weekend away!
My best friend lives in Elk Grove and always tags along with her husband on his work trips to Monterey, because she loves visiting there, too! (She has 3 little ones and loves taking them to all the kid friendly places, like the aquarium.) Sounds like a great place to visit! Have fun!
