I've been a busy girl the last few months, looking for the perfect house to own as my first home.
The wait was over after a fast 30 day escrow! As of Monday I'm a first time homeowner!!
Here she is! It was built in 1951 so it's a much older home, but the original owner is the only owner. The house is in beautiful condition with original hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen and bathroom that is totally live-able. I'll need to replace some carpet, but there is also a sunroom and a huge living room. They also extended the kitchen to have extra room.

I've been slowing taking car loads over every day after work or during lunch. The official move is this weekend!
