{kitchen and breakfast nook}

I'm back for another house tour.  As mentioned I really haven't done much to the house.  But last night I did a pretty good little craft project.  I made a pelmet box for my kitchen window above my sink.  It turned out really cute. So I figured now is a good time to show you our kitchen.

Right when you walk in the front door to the left is the kitchen.  Here's the view point.
Then I love that I have a kitchen that faces the street.  It makes for a nice view when I'm doing dishes or prepping our meals.
Last night I made the window covering for the kitchen window.  I used foam board from the $1 tree and some tape, batting, fabric and some 3M photo hanging strips to make this awesome window covering!
This area of the kitchen was actually extended outward so we have some extra space.  Craig's table he owned fit perfectly to the space.  Then I snagged the table in the corner from my Auntie.
I have a fun little three glass shelving case that I've been using as my wine glass cabinet.
 Then this is the view from the living room into the kitchen
Overall I like the kitchen it has enough space that I have plenty of room for two butts in the kitchen.
