This is for a friend's daughter for her 2nd birthday photos!
A cute 10" tutu for 2T and a matching 2nd Birthday Tank Top! I'm in love with this fabric I might need to buy more. Also comes with a matching hair clip.
Adorable Yes? I think I need one in adult sizing. When I was buying supplies the lady at JoAnn's thought it was for me?! I guess a bunch of ladies had made tutu's for themselves for their girls night out.
