it's finally friday

My goodness it's already been one week since our big event.. well events!  Tomorrow marks one week of being engaged and I couldn't be happier!

Lots planned for the weekend, having friends over tonight and I'm probably going to try these two new recipes, Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Corn Relish!

Then I'm thinking some fish tacos to go with it! I've been on the biggest Mexican food kick lately I can't get enough!

Dustin doesn't know it, but this is what we're having for dinner.  He wanted to grill something and of course to him that means MEAT but I want FISH! :) And what Fiance wants is what Fiance gets haha oops I didn't say that..

These are going to hit the grill, Spicy Grilled Fish Tacos.. How YUMMY do these look? Oh divine!

Then if I'm really feeling a wild hair I want to make these.. Which of course have alittle bit of Chinese in them! Ha not really but kinda.   Crispy Southwestern Wontons!

 I should probably lay off the fried food now since we're possibly throwing around the idea of getting married in September OF THIS YEAR!! 

YES I said September.. 

He wants to get married in 5 months..

At a destination wedding..

We only discussed it for like 5 minutes since we've been engaged.. so more talk on that later..

The rest of our weekend is filled with a birthday party trip to the Rivercats game on Saturday followed by heavy drinking I'm sure at our house or out on the town. Oh and bike riding of course.. While drinking.  Let's hope I don't fall off and hurt myself as I usually do.

Me and my best friend Wendy who wouldn't return any of my calls the week before because she was nervous she'd accidentally spill the beans so she just cut off all contact with me.
