{Wedding Rehearsal Day in Sitges}

After a good nights rest we made our plans for the day.  We knew in the evening we had the rehearsal dinner to get to and that meant we needed to get up the hill to the villa.  Or just spend the day at the beach we did a little of both. 

We walked along gorgeous flower lined streets - this was only one block to the beach from our apartment. 

On the beach there were spots where you could rent the lounge chairs and hang out for the day or a few hours.  

We made our way into town and had some breakfast before heading to the beach 

 

 A grilled cheese and ham sandwich was the breakfast of champions while we were there they were called "bikini's" then it came with an egg too.  Delish - grilled cheese for breakfast was awesome. 

After that we headed to the beach

 And no I'm not topless - although it is totally allowed. 

We laid out for a few and then decided we should make our way up to the villa and see our blushing bride for a few hours before rehearsal dinner.

Um hello.. 

Here is the villa that they rented for the week and where the wedding would be held:

The taxi driver dropped us off and we had NO idea what we were in store for.

 You walk into the gates and you see this -

 Um hello - AMAZING.  

 We said hi to Mo who was finishing up her vows and then made our way to the pool for the afternoon before having to get ready for rehearsal. 

I can't even describe the beauty of this place.  These last two photos above are edited but the rest are plain to the cameras eye.   BEAUTIFUL. 

Okay so then after sunning ourselves for the day we got ready for the rehearsal dinner, a bus came and picked us all up from the villa about 20 people were staying there in total.  Then we headed down to the dinner party spot.  

In tradition we were told that during rehearsal dinner everyone is to wear white and it's usually for close and immediate family members.  Mo had us all wear white.  

We of course took pictures before leaving - I dropped my phone after this and cracked the screen.  Oh joy.  I was a tad tipsy already.  I don't even really remember what the heck I was drinking.  Oh yes - A red wine cocktail while in the pool.  I vaguely remember now.

 Of course and our massive bag that Nataly insisted on us bringing all our crap in.  We didn't fight much of the trip but this drove me nuts.  We could have just left it in the villa but she didn't want to.  Oh well.  I just made her carry it everywhere.  

 See big ass bag.. We were drinking and then going back up their first thing in the AM.   END rant.  It was probably more because I was tipsy and didn't want to deal with it.  I didn't need anything. 

 We got to the venue - took some pics and then hit the open bar.  

 Yup girl on the right in this pic below proceeded to spill red wine all over me later on in the night.  Who the hell drinks red wine when we are in WHITE? WTF.  Other than that the night was awesome.
