Major news in the way of my weight loss adventure.

This week's stats:  

Weight: 135.2 lbs (-5.8 lbs from last week) SAY WHAT?! Yes almost 6 lbs gone in one week since I've written my last post.
 
Exercise: 
Monday: Morning: Shred with Kettlebells by Jillian Michaels, Night: Spin Class
Tuesday: Morning: Shred with Kettlebells
Wednesday: Morning: Shred with Kettlebells
Thursday: I called in my lazy card and didn't exercise. 
Friday:As I write this a load of laundry is in the wash, and I'm about to vacuum.  Which means I'll be doing the Shred with Kettlebells tonight instead.
Saturday: Morning: Dance Party Extreme and TKB possibly..

Eating: Here's the reason why I've done so well...
Morning: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 egg scrambled
Snack: Protein Shake from Costco it has 160 calories, 1g of sugar and 30g of protein

Lunch: 1 oz. fish or chicken with 1 cup of lettuce, 1 cup of steamed veggies 
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit or another 1 oz piece of chicken or another protein shake 


Dinner: Same as lunch.. 1 oz. fish (Tilapia) or chicken with 1 cup of lettuce, 1 cup of steamed veggies. 

Now your thinking ya right this chick needs to have more or she's going to crash diet.  I still enjoyed a little bowl of ice cream, a few girl scout cookies, a BAG of Sour Patch Kids (thanks to my Spring Swap girlfriend Shalyn)  But I really needed them yesterday I was having a hell of a day at work.

So that's what I've been doing.  For the most part I did pretty well on not sneaking in treats because I'm a muncher but that's what I've been taking in food wise.

Supplements are another story.... AB CUTS!

I'm sure you've all read about Kendra Baskett's weight loss and how she credits Ab Cuts for her dramatic weight loss at the end.
Yes girls I take Ab Cuts..

So the next question would do Ab Cuts work? Let's see.. Last week I was measured in at 29" on my waist.  This week 7 days later of my last measurement I'm measuring in at 28" on my waist. Yes they work but with a diet and exercise especially don't expect to take them and do nothing and loose inches on your waist.

I take my Ab Cuts like this, 2 pills at breakfast, 2 pills at lunch and 2 pills at dinner. They say you can take 1 pill at each sitting or 2 I've recently upped it to two pills 3x a day.

Now let's also add to Ab Cuts, dieting and exercising.. and my waist slimmer belts...s...

I once blogged about them last year around this time. Then I gave a wrap up on how they did here.  Do they work? Yes they do.. I think so at least I don't go to the gym without 2 of them on.  Yes two.. I'm a sweaty mess afterwords and it's rather gross but I love breaking a sweat and these do that instantly.

So gals that's my secrets.. I have lots of protein and pretty much try to stay away from sugar and carbs but trying to keep me away from carps is a hot mess so I don't stress over it I just try to eat clean and healthy.  

Wait I lied there's more.. I also take these: Gummy Multi Vitamins, Gummy Omega 3 Vitamins, St. John's Wart (it keeps you in a happy mood so if your happy you won't stuff your face.. aka emotional eater that's me), and B-12 Supplements once a day.

Ohmygod. Wow. No wonder you lost so much! I do not have anywhere near enough dedication to do all that. Lol. I'm doing well if I get on my elliptical every night! Way to go, girl!

I would seriously die if I ate that little while exercising that much! It's just not realistic... I hope you're staying healthy because you're already itty bitty!

Slimming belts and Ab Cuts ... I have been debating these two things for a couple months. Now I am sold! Thanks for the reviews, girl! When spending $$ on products that celebrities endorse, you always wonder if they really work, or if they are just sold well. Kim Kardashian's Quick Trim Detox drink is another one that works great ... if you ever need an extra diet boost. I love it!! :o)

Wow girl! I am SUPER impressed! I work out 6 days a week just so I can eat good food. I hate working out but I love food. However, I'm interested in those ab cut pills. I may have to give them a try. I have been eating healthier since summer is sneaking up on us.
